We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Investment Manager/Investment Principal to join our team in Portugal. The ideal candidate shall have a proven track record in venture capital or as a founder, with a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and a passion for high-tech innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in high-potential startups across various sectors.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including market analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their growth objectives.
Leverage and expand our network of industry experts, entrepreneurs, and co-investors to enhance deal flow and support portfolio companies.
Represent Critical Ventures at industry events, conferences, and in the media, sharing insights and contributing to the broader venture capital community.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in venture capital or as a tech founder, with a strong track record of successful investments or entrepreneurial ventures.
Excellent analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
A genuine passion for innovation, startups, and making a positive impact.
Advanced degree in business, finance, computer science or a related field is preferred.
