We’re seeking to expand our footprint in the DACH region, and we’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our Digital Engineering Services business unit.
In this role, you will be focused on prospecting and qualifying business development leads within Banking, Financial services & Insurance industries.
You will be working closely with our sales team, first-class software engineering teams, partners and customers.
We deliver compelling and highly valuable business critical & digital transformation propositions, focused on transforming traditional sectors, enabling better efficiency, quality and delivering business critical functions.
You will have the backing of colleagues in Germany, UK and Portugal to help you succeed and help continue our rapid growth.

What will be your task!
- Within the Banking, Financial services & Insurance industry you will analyse and perform market segmentation, including the identification of potential new customers.
- Generate new business opportunities, execute direct prospecting, lead qualification, and personalized outreach.
- Book and execute discovery calls.
- Work side by side with a Sales (Account executives and Pre Sales) and marketing team.
- Perform outreach (manual, sequencing and automation)
- Have a good understanding about our offers.
- Staying up to date on technology and business-related news and trends, leveraging social media (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Autonomously manage your tasks, always with the support of your Business Development Director.
- Writing compelling and distinctive pitches that will hit the mark with your customers.
- Think strategically and tactically.
What do we expect from you?
- You have experience in outbound sales & proven experience in the IT services sector.
- You have experience in business development activities, namely the lead generation and qualification.
- You have a good understanding of IT services, namely the delivery of bespoke solutions and/or delivering digital transformation projects to customers.
- You have a consultative style with strong communication skills, empathy, you are great with dealing with objections, and you quickly establish meaningful and positive relationships.
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills, with the ability to clearly understand, formulate and present arguments and a business pitch.
- You can occasionally travel within and outside the EU.
